Joana has been a licensed insurance professional since 2016, bringing years of experience in personal insurance and client-focused service. She began her career in an administrative role supporting Corporate Services before becoming an Insurance Advisor in 2018.
In 2023, Joana became an independent insurance broker, providing clients with access to a wider range of insurance solutions. She earned her LLQP (Life Licence Qualification Program) licence in March 2026, expanding her expertise to include life insurance. In June 2026, she joined the team at InsureLine Complete, where she continues to provide trusted advice and personalized insurance solutions to help clients protect what matters most.
